What advisors usually want to know first.

How is Aligned Path different from a traditional insurance agent?
Most traditional agents are captive, meaning they sell products from one carrier and earn commissions based on what they sell. We're independent. We shop across carriers to find what actually fits. And because we work specifically with fee-only advisors, we understand the fiduciary mindset and how to operate within it.
Do you work directly with the client or through the advisor?
Both, depending on what works best. Some advisors prefer a warm introduction and then step back. Others want to stay closely involved throughout the process. We adapt to your preference and keep you informed either way.
What does it cost the advisor to work with you?
Nothing. There's no fee to the advisor. We're compensated through standard carrier commissions, same as any broker. The difference is we shop the market for what fits the client, not for what pays us the most.
What types of insurance do you handle?
Life insurance (term, whole, universal), individual disability, long-term care (traditional and hybrid), home, auto, umbrella, and commercial lines including general liability, E&O, cyber, workers' comp, and key person coverage.
Can you review a client's existing coverage?
Yes, and it's often the best place to start. We'll look at what they have, identify any gaps, and share our recommendations. There's no obligation to change anything unless it actually makes sense to.
