Information you give us. Contact and quote forms collect the details needed to evaluate and place coverage: name, contact information, and the coverage details you choose to share. Insurance applications can include sensitive information such as health history, Social Security numbers, and driver's license numbers when the application requires it.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and a visitor-identification service that can associate a visit with a business. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. None of these tools receive the contents of your forms.

Portal accounts. Advisor and client portal accounts store login credentials and the case information shared during an engagement.

To quote and place the coverage you ask about, to keep the referring advisor informed of case progress, to respond when you contact us, and to service policies after placement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client information for advertising.

Insurance carriers and brokerage partners, to obtain quotes and process applications you have asked us to pursue. Your referring advisor, for the cases they refer, at the involvement level agreed at referral. Service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email delivery) under their own confidentiality obligations. Regulators or others when the law requires it.

The site is served over HTTPS. Sensitive fields such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and case notes are encrypted at rest, and uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled storage. Portal accounts support two-factor authentication.

We keep case records for as long as insurance regulations require. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of information we are not required to keep, by emailing [email protected]. You can decline analytics cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
